Carl W. Plummer, President: BS in Criminal Justice from Midwestern State University, 1 year at St. Mary’s Law School. He has been the land manager and office manager for Strategic Resources Corporation for 23 years. He takes care of corporate business for five other companies owned by John Ramsey. He has been the Project Manager for several business ventures for John Ramsey. He handles all corporate business for Bright Ideas School, Inc.

John W. Ramsey, Jr., Vice-President: MA in geology from the University of Texas, President of Strategic Resources Corporation. As an entrepreneur, he has founded Strategic Resources, Syntheson Corporation, Tacticon Corporation, John Ramsey, Inc. and manages the Ramsey Ranch. He and his wife, Nancy Ramsey, donated substantial sums of money to support Bright Ideas School for the first 9 years of its existence.

Nancy Ramsey, Treasurer: bookkeeper for 32 years, handling financial records for Bright Ideas School, as well as for all of John Ramsey’s companies and Sunshine Natural Foods.

Roy Hash, Secretary: 26 years in the military, achieved Chief Warrant Officer, 3rd degree, a member of Special Forces in Desert Storm, is a captain in the Texas State Guard, is a commander of the 1st Battalion, 4th Brigade, in the Texas State Guard of Wichita Falls, is a 3rd degree black belt in judo, is a certified judo and jujitsu coach, owns Texhoma Judo and Jujitsu, and is a manager at Singulair Wireless.

Dr. Michael Vandehey, Trustee: BA in Psychology/German from the University of Oregon, MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana State University, and his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Indiana State University. Dr. Vandehey is a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas. Currently, Dr. Vandehey is in his fourth year at MSU. He is the advisor to Psi Chi (Psychology Honor Society) and senior advisor to Mortar Board. Dr. Vandehey teaches a variety of courses including general psychology, developmental psychology, learning, abnormal, and psychology of the self. At the graduate level, he teaches marriage and family therapy, theories of counseling, child and adolescent clinical psychology, development across the life span, and career counseling.

Jerry Wallace, Trustee: BS in Sociology and Psychology from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma, graduate work in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. Mr. Wallace is self-employed as a farmer and landlord.

Dr. Richard Sutton, MD: S.B. (Chemistry) from M.I.T., M.S.E.E from the University of Missouri, and M.D degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Sutton practiced Medicine in the Wichita Falls area for 30 years specializing in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. He is currently retired. Over the years he has served on numerous Boards for the City of Wichita Falls including, most recently, the Library Board and the City County Health Board. He is a Vietnam veteran, serving in the U.S. Army Medical Corps 1968-70. He was a Clinical Instructor in the Radiology Technology program of M.S.U. for many years.
